OK! This is not a recent movie, however it’s timeless I don’t care when you watch it it’s worth it. This is arguably the best ‘gangster’ to come out of the 90’s.
The acting and directing is outstanding, it is so worth your time even if your a fan of any of the actors.

Special F/X is quite real appearing and believable, the acting skills of Dennis Quaid as Payton and Ben Foster as Bower alone are worth the price.
